ASSESSMENT ON EMPLOYEE CAREER SUPPORT AND ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS
Most employers accept that they can better retain and recruit talent when they are committed to
workplace culture, employee career advancement, health, safety, and professional development.
So, how confident are you that your organization is effectively supporting employees in these factors?
Employees are more likely to stay with organizations that demonstrate they care about creating opportunities and a culture where the average employee believes they can thrive.
The programs, policies, and attention to these factors can have a direct impact on employees’ health, engagement and productivity.
The purpose of this assessment is to allow you to evaluate your degree of confidence in your organization's commitment to supporting the employee experience and ultimately the average employee’s career.
Since the passing of the Cannabis Act on October 17, 2018, it’s not yet clear what—if any—impact the legalization of recreational cannabis and the increased attention on medical use of cannabis will have on employees’ health, engagement, and productivity. There will be a few questions asking what you are doing to manage both recreational and medical cannabis use.
You are invited to participate in a Conference Board of Canada and Globe and Mail assessment that will evaluate both employers’ and employees’ perceptions around employee health, productivity, and career development with relation to non-cannabis users, medical, and recreational cannabis users.
Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a Career Support and Organizational Readiness report in real time.
In addition, you will have the option to provide your contact information that will allow us to notify you when the research report is released. (You will receive complimentary access to the full report.) If you choose, your name will be entered in a draw for two complimentary tickets to attend the
Cannabis at Work: A Year Later
conference on October 15 in Toronto. Please be assured your name will not be shared and your results will be kept confidential.
