The Skills Credentialing Tool
What is the Skills Credentialing Tool (SCT)?
The Conference Board of Canada
, the Skills Credentialing Tool for Individuals is a self-assessment and portfolio-building tool for students, employees and job-seekers. This tool helps individuals self-assess their essential skills, employability attitudes and behaviours. By filling out the tool, individuals create an evidence portfolio that they can share with an employment counsellor, instructor or workplace supervisor.
What if I don't finish my SCT assessment in one sitting?

The survey link will bring you back to the first page—navigate into the survey to pick up where you left off.
